Publishing case-law on the Internet may violate pricacy: it is useful to keep the name of the parties involved in order to identify the case, but privacy must be preserved. The authorities in charge of privacy matters advocate for the following compromise: the webmasters are allowed to keep a nominative case-law but they have to compensate it by restricted access.
We decided to comply with this recommendation and to limit the consultation of the case-law to our subscribers. Registration is free of course.
